FT: Bayern Munchen 9-2 Dinamo Zagreb

In the first round of the UEFA Champions League, Bayern Munich faced Dinamo Zagreb. In the first half, Pavlović won a penalty, which Kane converted. Musiala and Gnabry both had goals disallowed for offside, but Musiala later assisted Guerreiro for a powerful shot into the net. Olise scored his first-ever Champions League goal with a header. At the start of the second half, Neuer was replaced by Ulreich. Petković and Takuya Ogiwara quickly scored two goals within two minutes, narrowing the gap.

Kane scored a rebound, but a subsequent goal was disallowed for offside. Olise extended the lead with a well-placed shot, and Kane completed a four-goal haul by scoring twice more from the penalty spot, becoming the first player in Champions League history to convert three penalties in a single match. Towards the end of the game, Müller assisted Sané, who scored from a long-range shot, and Kimmich set up Goretzka for a header. Bayern ultimately defeated Dinamo Zagreb 9-2.
